KoRaar Farms is a testament not only to the tenacity but the spirit of adventure of its farm owner Mr. Adarsh Agrawal. A chartered accountant by profession, Mr. Agrawal was always fascinated with the idea of building a nature retreat for himself and his family. A chance conversation about a new coffee growing region resulted in Mr. Agrawal embarking on an adventure to an unfamiliar land with limited accessibility and a notoriety for left wing extremism. With absolutely no experience in farming, Mr. Agrawal would face an enormous struggle initially to get the coffee plantation up and running. But after only a few years of successful farming operations, a bitter dispute on land claims would result in the farm remaining practically abandoned.
